Portrait of Maya McGregor

Maya McGregor

LSW, MSW

I have been in the mental health field for many years working with a variety of populations. I have experience working with domestic violence survivors, sexual assault survivors, children and families in foster care, crisis work and suicide prevention. I love working with a variety of people at any age (5-90+) and I’ve worked with individuals, families, and couples. I am accepting of all races, religions, cultures, genders and sexual identities. I specialize in clients struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, self-harm, trauma, stress, school related issues, relationship issues and more.

I am very compassionate and genuine in my approach to therapy, I understand that therapy can be uncomfortable. I like to create a positive and calm environment to help ease any nerves and encourage a safe space for sharing. I believe that that you are the expert on yourself and your journey and I am just here to help you find your way.

Would counseling or mediation help?

We love to talk on the phone, and we love to help in some way — even if it is to give a referral.
