    Lindy has 17 years of experience working in the community, as a mental health therapist and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She believes each person and situation is unique, and she creates a personalized treatment plan for each client(s). She believes that life can be complicated, and we all need a little help during times of need, to help guide us through those bumps in the road. She provides guidance and support through that process. By working together she is confident clients can create meaningful change.

    Lindy specializes in assisting clients and their families in working through a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic illness, grief and loss, parenting skills, social skills, ADHD, couples therapy, relationship issues, co-dependency, abuse, and trauma. Lindy’s goal is to utilize a collaborative approach with clients to explore personal issues and disruptive patterns in their life. She provides a safe space to explore and understand positive practices towards coping, self-care, positive communication, and personal growth. Lindy has a wide variety of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and Veterans. Her experience includes working in hospitals, inpatient mental health facilities, jail, providing crisis stabilization services to children and adolescents within the community, and private practice. She earned a Master of Arts degree from Hofstra University in New York.
