    All relationships have chaotic or lonely times where you may feel incapable of approaching each other. Couples need a place to turn when they don’t know what to do or have no support system. Lindsey helps couples stuck in conflict gridlock begin to reengage with each other. She specializes in working with couples who experience: high levels of conflict; inability to communicate; emotional & physical distance or disengagement; infidelity; transitioning to parenthood; infertility/pregnancy loss; difficulty overcoming family of origin or cultural differences; and difficulty making the decision to divorce or separate.

    Lindsey is trained in Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help regulate conflict, improve communication and rebuild/improve intimacy & connection. She offers faith-based counseling for those want to incorporate Christian principles into their relationship. Lindsey also has extensive experience with individuals experiencing depression and/or anxiety manage and move beyond their symptoms. Lindsey is a graduate of Argosy University where she obtained her Master of Arts degree in Counseling in March 2016. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DePaul University.
