Nichol Speciale, MSW, LCSW

I have a passion for working with youth and families and have done so as a School Social Worker since 2011.  My journey to becoming a mental health clinician includes various life and professional experiences as well as a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Illinois State University and Dominican University, respectfully.  As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in individual and group therapy of youth, along with family therapy.  My professional philosophy is founded on helping client’s see their potential and ability to overcome areas they recognize need support. I pride myself as a therapist in keeping the highest level of confidentiality, creating the safest of space for client’s to be vulnerable, and encouraging self-exploration to better oneself.  I possess flexibility and determination to meet each client’s unique needs. Culturally sensitive and accepting of others, I welcome diversity of all people.
